Формулируются и аргументируются требования к работникам, осуществляющим цифровую трансформацию. Предложена динамичная многоуровневая система обучения, обеспечивающая получение качественных знаний обучающимися на каждом уровне.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses issues of training specialists in the IT industry. The requirements for employees in the field of digital transformation are formulated and argued.
