Келли для задачи оценки качества образовательных сервисов. Эта техника позволяет разработать технику интервьюирования, которая способствует более глубокому анализу характеристик образовательного сервиса и получению более полной и точной информации от респондентов. На основе получаемых данных предлагаются различные методы для их визуализации: гистограммы и графики, кластерный анализ, факторный анализ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article discusses the use of G.Kelly’s technique of the repertory grid for the task of evaluating the quality of educational services. This technique allows to develop of interviewing technique that promotes a deeper analysis of the characteristics of the educational services, and to receive more complete and accurate information from respondents.
