Рассмотрено влияние цифровизации на современное школьное и университетское образование и проанализированы её положительные и отрицательные стороны для современной образовательной среды. Показано, как быстрое изменение методов и форм обучения во время вспышки пандемии COVID-19 привело к накоплению опыта виртуальных контактов преподавателей и студентов, а также учащихся между собой. Представлены преимущества персонификации и персонализации образовательного процесса. Анализируется идея создания образовательных кластеров как новой модели интеграции образования и бизнеса. Уделено внимание особенностям обучения поколений Z и Alpha.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes current trends in the digital transformation of education in order to train personnel for the digital economy. The article considers the impact of digitalization on modern school and University education and analyzes its positive and negative aspects for the modern educational environment. It is shown how the rapid change in teaching methods and forms during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak led to the accumulation of experience in virtual contacts between teachers and students, as well as between students. The advantages of personification and personalization of the educational process are presented. The idea of creating educational clusters as a new model for integrating education and business is analyzed.
