В статье рассматриваются особенности малого инновационного предпринимательства как интеллектуального посредника между наукой и производством; представлены тенденции развития малого инновационного предпринимательства в Республике Беларусь, а также тенденции развития инноваций во всем мире. Обозначены механизмы государственного стимулирования инновационной деятельности. Представлена специфика создания и функционирования технологических парков в Республике Беларусь. Предложены пути реализации эффективной и рациональной системы государственной поддержки малого инновационного предпринимательства, что позволит нормативно закрепить основные видовые признаки малого инновационного предпринимательства.

Features of small innovative entrepreneurship as the intellectual intermediary between a science and manufacture are considered. Trends in the development of small innovative entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus, as well as trends in the development of innovations throughout the world are presented. The mechanisms of state stimulation of innovation activity are named. Specificity of creation and functioning of technological parks in the Republic of Belarus is presented. The ways of realization of effective and rational system of the state support of small innovative business are offered, that will allow to fix normative basic characteristics of small innovative entrepreneurship.
