В статье рассмотрены организационные формы венчурного финансирования с использованием интернет-технологий (краудфандинг, криптофонд и ICO). Представлены результаты анализа основных недостатков и преимуществ венчурного финансирования посредством цифровых технологий. Приведены регуляторные ограничения для краудфандинговых платформ, используемые в странах ЕС. Выявлены основные барьеры для широкого использования коллективных форм венчурного инвестирования посредством краудфандинга в Республике Беларусь и даны практические рекомендации по их развитию.

The paper discusses the organizational forms of venture financing using Internet technologies (crowdfunding, crypto fund and ICO). The results of the analysis of the main disadvantages and advantages of venture financing through crowdfunding and ICO are presented. Provides regulatory restrictions for crowdfunding platforms used in the EU countries. Identification of the main barriers to the development of collective forms of venture investment through crowdfunding in the Republic of Belarus and practical recommendations for its development.
