Проводится оценка уровней компетентности на базе многокритериального ранжирования, включающая формирование групп показателей и их детализацию на основе известных методов. Описываются все компоненты информационной системы и ее интерфейс. Приведены отчеты, которые отражают результат работы информационной системы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An information system is considered that allows assessing the competencies of various categories of employees. The assessment of the levels of competence is carried out on the basis of multi-criteria ranking, including the formation of groups of indicators and their detailing based on known methods. All components of the information system and its interface are described.
