Рассмотрены различные подходы к построению моделей принятия решений, составлена концептуальная модель системы поддержки принятия решений. Рассмотрена система управления логистикой предприятия с применением специального математического и программного обеспечения на базе системного подхода и методов моделирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article considers the decision-making process in enterprise logistics systems based on minimizing the costs of analysis of the initial situation, by determining the sequence of the most significant indicators describing the situation. Various approaches to the construction of decision-making models are considered, a conceptual model of the decision support system is drawn up.
