Во избежание технологического отставания России от стран-лидеров в области внедрения и использования цифровых технологий в самых разных сферах деятельности следует уделять внимание вопросам организации и содержания высшего технического образования. Автор считает необходимым применение компетентностного и междисциплинарного подходов в качестве базовых при преподавании дисциплин гуманитарного и социально-экономического блоков для будущих инженеров. В рамках компетентностного подхода в условиях цифровой трансформации образования предлагается активно применять в образовательном процессе метод геймификации в силу его очевидных преимуществ: повышение вовлеченности обучающихся в учебный процесс, рост мотивированности обучающихся и др. Для обоснования полученных выводов использовалась совокупность научных методов и подходов: анализа и синтеза, сравнения, обобщения, научной абстракции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance of the article is due to the increased importance of training engineering personnel in the context of the global digital transformation of the economy and social sphere, as well as the rapid acceleration of the pace of technological development. In order to avoid Russia's technological lag behind leading countries in the field of implementation and use of digital technologies in a variety of fields of activity, attention should be paid to the organization and content of higher technical education. The author considers it necessary to use competency-based and interdisciplinary approaches as basic ones when teaching the disciplines of the humanities and socio-economic blocks for future engineers.
