Рассмотрены законодательные нормы и ключевые принципы стандарта Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, нацеленного на адаптацию цифровых платформ к пользователям с ограниченными возможностями. Обозначены специализированные инструменты для автоматизированной проверки и анализа различных аспектов доступности веб-страниц. Приведена оценка цифровой доступности веб-ресурса университета и даны рекомендации по ее улучшению в части доступности ресурсов для пользователей с нарушениями зрения, слуха, моторики и когнитивных способностей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The importance of developing educational web content for users with disabilities, in particular, visual, hearing, motor and cognitive impairments, is shown. Legislative norms and key principles of Web Content Acces sibility Guidelines standards aimed at adapting digital platforms to users with disabilities are considered. Speciali zed tools for automated testing and analysis of various aspects of web page accessibility are outlined.
