Information System for Digital Assessment of Сompetencies
Abstract
An information system is considered that allows assessing the competencies of various categories of employees. The assessment of the levels of competence is carried out on the basis of multi-criteria ranking, including the formation of groups of indicators and their detailing based on known methods. All components of the information system and its interface are described. The reports are presented that reflect the result of the information system.
