The article discusses the formation of educational clusters and the development of e-Government, their contribution to the processes of formation of the postindustrial society and the knowledge economy. The tendencies of formation of the digital economy are analyzed and its requirements to the functions of electronic government are revealed. A close connection between the development of e-Government and economic development is proved. Definitions of the notion «educational cluster» discussed in the scientific literature are presented and a comprehensive analysis of the benefits of their development based on effective management decisions of e-Government is conducted.
The article systematizes the management functions in the context of corporate information systems (CIS) with the selection of the set of tasks and the system of indicators in the context of each function. Problems of the practical use of CIS by managers of Belarusian enterprises are formulated and the qualification requirements for managers of CIS within the implemented functions are substantiated.
The tendencies of development of marketing in conditions of digital transformation of economy are considered in the article. The concept of electronic marketing is presented. The condition of training of specialists in the field of electronic marketing in the Republic of Belarus is described. The necessity of training of specialists in the field of e-marketing on the second stage of higher education is substantiated. The special features of this field of study are distinguished in comparison with the baccalaureate and in comparison with related directions of the master's programm.

The article considers the issues of the development of IT-education in the Republic of Belarus under conditions of digital transformation. The approaches to the implementation of the system of continuous education in the field of informatics and information technologies are offered. A pilot project of the practice-oriented magistracy in the specialty “Designing complex integrated systems” is described.
The article considers the computational process in local area network at four levels of interaction referring to their possible decomposition into parts and the connection between these parts. Classification of types of workload is presented. A solution to the problem of the rigid dependence of the research results on the features of the architecture of the applied equipment is proposed.
The article describe the general classification of threats to information security of cellular operators’ networks, the main security threats to subscriber devices in the networks of cellular operators, embedded SIM technology and the possibility of using this technology to ensure the security of subscriber devices. The statistics on the registered cases of the implementation of threats to information security on subscriber devices is analyzed. A high-level architecture for the protection of subscriber devices using eSIM technology is proposed.
