The article deals with issues related to the creation of modern educational virtual laboratory under cloud cluster platform OpenNebula for the training of specialists in the field of information security and computer security. The use of such laboratories allows teaching methods of penetration testing on examples of objects of different levels of difficulty, and also provides the possibility of rapid changes in infrastructure and characteristics of the objects.

This paper proposes both new metrics to estimate reliability of educational software, and a modified method of software reliability evaluation under the standard 28195-99. The proposed metrics extend the existing framework of metrics under ISO/IEC 25023-2016. They cater for more exact estimation of the reliability of educational software. The modified software assessment method proposed in this paper allows automating the reliability evaluation.

The article deals with the problem of data flows routing in multiservice networks. It is shown, that using of different values of the weight and cost coefficients allows to realize the multi-criteria search for the optimum route taking into account the limitations for each QoS-setting individually as well as with the composite metric r requirements for the shortest path searching.
