ECONOMIC SCIENCES
The paper summarizes the ideas about the educational information space, formulates its features for an economic university under the digital transformation of the economy, presents the expected positive effects and prospects for the creation and development of information and educational space based on information, communication and digital technologies, as well as possible risks and threats of digitalization for participants in the educational process.
In this paper, the author analyzes economic integration, reveals its economic, social and environmental matters in the realm of sustainable development paradigm, traces the economic relations that arise in order to ensure environmental safety. The development of sustainable economic relations among countries, the deepening of the international division of labor, as one of the main tasks of environmental security. It is shown that integration interaction allows its participants to jointly solve the most acute economic, social and environmental problems. The result of the analysis of integration cooperation strategies is the allocation of the EU as a standard for regional economic and political interaction processes.
Understanding the peculiarities of the formation of a startup and of the processes, occurring at the stages of its lifecycle, allows startups to make quickly tactical and strategic decisions in the field of development management, and investors, the state and other entities of the startup ecosystem to implement measures timely to activate the formation and support of startups. The paper uses several approaches to divide the startup lifecycle into stages in accordance with criteria such as product development stages, startup scale, investment rounds. A detailed analysis of the stages of the startup lifecycle, essential characteristics and signs of these stages, potential problems and ways to prevent the identified problems are described for each of the approaches. The author noted the correlation of the stages, identified on the basis of various criteria, proposed a table of correspondence between these stages and pointed out the need to identify asymmetries by comparing them.
Based on the analysis of national and foreign scientific literature, the paper determines the main parameters of financial stability at the macro level, taking into account the characteristics of the economy of the Republic of Belarus. These parameters include the level of inflation, exchange rates, the level of dollarization of the economy, interest rate, the balance of external trade, the state of the economic entities' finances, as well as financial soundness indicators developed by the International Monetary Fund. The quantitative assessment of the inter-linkages between these parameters was carried out: a correlation matrix and regression models are constructed. The study used official statistical information published by the National Bank and the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for 2000-2019.
TECHNICAL SCIENCES
The paper shows the relevance of testing storage devices in modern computing systems. Mathematical models of memory device faults and the efficiency of their detection, in particular, complex pattern sensitive faults of the PNPSFk type, based on classical march memory tests are presented. Limit estimates are given for the completeness of coverage of such faults depending on the number of memory cells involved in the fault. The necessity of synthesis of memory march tests characterized by high efficiency of PNPSFk failure detection is substantiated. The concept of a primitive providing conditions for activation and detection of various types of PNPSFk is defined. Examples of analysis and synthesis of memory march tests with different coverage of PNPSFk faults are given. The March OP memory test is synthesized, which is characterized by the maximum completeness of PNPSFk fault coverage and has the lowest time complexity compared to the known memory march tests, which provide the same comprehensiveness of coverage of complex memory device faults.
The aim of the research presented in this work is to develop a new method for processing a vibration signal. Among the considered the main primary informative parameters of vibration signals used to assess the vibration state of rotary-type machines. An approach based on the use of decisive functions is proposed, characterized by their application in relation to both the primary informative parameters of vibration signals and the results of statistical processing of temporal trends of primary parameters. The work also provides examples of decision functions. Also presented is the combined format of the information table on the vibration state of a technical object which is used to create real decision support systems.
The article discusses the experience of development and transformation of internal information systems of higher education institutions of cards in the education system of the Republic of Belarus. The basic principles of digitalization are considered, taking into account the existing approaches. Higher education institutions have their own internal integrated information systems for managing the educational process and the educational institution as a whole. Integration of access control systems, uniform cards of students and employees of educational institutions with perimeter control into IIS "University", information protection of internal resources and IIS as a whole will significantly accelerate the digitalization of educational institutions, and as a result, a faster transition to the digital economy.
