The relevance of developing methodological foundations for national competitiveness in a global competitive environment is revealed. The practical significance of the development of economic methodological tools is substantiated, which makes it possible to simplify the conduct of situational analysis, modeling of national competitiveness, forecasting competitive strategies and evaluating their results. A scientific hypothesis has been put forward about the possibility of using indicators of the development of the national cyberphysical ecosystem to predict an increase in national competitiveness, which will allow prioritizing the object-object, subject-object and subject-subject economic components of it and evaluating the results of management decisions. A model of the economic cyberphysical space has been developed. As a function of increasing national competitiveness, the index of the intensity of the increment of digital capital in the country and its export is justified. As independent arguments, indexes have been developed that characterize the intensity of intermediate and final consumption of digital resources in the country's economy and their gross accumulation. Parametric economic dependencies are introduced.
The article considers the main concepts, directions and factors of the development of educational services digitalization in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The impact of digital education and online learning on the economic development of these states is assessed. A forecast of the growth in the number of Internet users until 2026 is made, since it can be an important indicator for the subsequent analysis of the dynamics of the online education market. A correlation and regression analysis of the factors influencing online education in Russia is carried out, the level and the nature of the relationship between GDP per capita and the factors influencing the development of Russian online education are determined, which allows to draw a conclusion about the prospects of this segment.
The article analyzes and systematizes the possibilities of searching for and attracting new clients for IT companies through social networks. The methodological basis of the study is classical approaches and techniques used in marketing theory. In particular, using the AIDA model, marketing tasks and methods are identified for each stage of the process of attracting new clients. Based on the concept of the sales funnel for social networks, it is proposed to supplement the consideration of the process of attracting new clients with additional stages: loyalty and recommendations. Content analysis of literary sources made it possible to systematize the specific characteristics of the IT sphere that influence the processes of searching for, attracting and working with clients, as well as to identify the key positioning criteria that IT companies use in their marketing strategies. To study the “life cycle” of clients and identify the main driving factors, the possibilities of the “Customer journey” analysis technique are considered. The research results are summarized in the form of a concept of an organizational mechanism that allows a systematic approach to attracting new clients through work in social networks. The input data of the mechanism are the type of company, the type of a client, the algorithm of a social network. The mechanism covers the stages of work presented in the AIDA and “Customer journey” models and the use of SMM methods that are implemented at each of the identified stages. A template for events to attract new clients in social networks for IT companies has been developed.
The application of machine learning methods for predicting staff turnover in organizations using open data is studied. An analysis of existing approaches to predicting staff turnover is conducted, the need to use modern machine learning algorithms is substantiated. Based on an open data set, a model is developed that allows for a high-precision determination of the probability of employee dismissal. The results of the study demonstrate the practical significance of the proposed approach and can be used to improve the efficiency of human resource management in organizations. Formal descriptions and architecture of the applied machine learning models are presented, which ensures the transparency and reproducibility of the approach under consideration.
The article considers the experience of developing digital business process management competencies in computer economists based on the BPM concept (Business Process Management). The article characterizes the modern approach to BPM, defines trends in the development of BPM systems, identifies key areas of knowledge in process management, formulates a basic set of requirements for developing business process management competencies, and presents practical experience in teaching the BPM methodology. The BPM concept considers business processes and their improvement as important assets of digital transformation, leading to an increase in all components of an organization’s efficiency. Business process management at the present stage is a synthesis of the BPM methodology and the information technologies that support it. To automate the entire life cycle of improving business process management, the software is used – BPMS systems. The increasing business demand for these systems actualizes the need to train specialists in business process management based on the BPM concept. The article presents the main provisions of BPM and describes the practical experience of teaching the BPM methodology in the training of computer economists at the Belarusian State Economic University.
Preparation of a carefully developed, adapted to current conditions, i. e. viable commercialization strategy (CS) of domestic technology startups is a key prerequisite for their successful implementation. The article presents the structural composition (elements, their content and correlation) of the CS and its methodological foundations in the context of external economic constraints (EEC). The essence of the problem of implementing the CS in the context of EEC is defined, the theoretical foundations for the content of the CS concepts and the construction of the structure of their functioning are revealed. A brief description of the main entities of the state segment of the modern innovation ecosystem of the Republic of Belarus is given with the definition of their potential for the implementation of the CS under EEC. The commercialization strategy is studied using the example of a real technology startup “Development of the AutoDominoes hardware and software complex to minimize the consequences of cascade-type car accidents” from the idea stage to the state of a real economic asset
TECHNICAL SCIENCES
Innovations in the system of mandatory labeling of goods of various categories require changes in established production processes. Every year, there is an increase in the number of installed robotic systems. Research in the field of robotics is carried out in new areas. Production processes are modernized taking into account the requirements for serialization and aggregation. The article provides a detailed analysis and a general diagram of the technological process of manufacturing food products in the dairy industry. Production using robots and the mandatory presence of a labeling module in the process of product release are considered. The stages associated with the serialization and aggregation of group containers (boxes/pallets) are described in detail. Explanations are given for the developed control algorithm diagrams that illustrate the sequence of actions of industrial robots necessary to perform serialization and aggregation operations.
The article examines the role of interoperability as a key element of the digital transformation of education. Three levels of interoperability are identified: organizational, semantic and technical, each of which plays an important role in ensuring effective data exchange and integration of business processes. Particular attention is paid to the organizational level, where optimization of business processes is critical to improving the quality of education. Set theory is used as a tool for optimizing business processes, which allows formalizing data and identifying patterns, which contributes to deeper analysis and informed decision-making. Based on the analysis of internal documents of educational institutions, a business process diagram has been developed that reflects the activities of training specialists of secondary specialized education institutions. This substantiates the importance of integrating management, operational and supporting business processes to achieve high-quality results in the educational sphere.
